Mr. Manraj, G.O.S.K was born on 30 March 1949 in Mauritius. He holds a Post-graduate Diploma in International Management. Mr Manraj has an extensive portfolio of experience, developed from the start of his career, predominantly within the public and semi-governmental spheres in Mauritius
Mr Visvanaden Soondram

Mr. Soondram holds a Masters Degree in Finance and is a Fellow of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
Throughout his rich career, he has held several key positions within that same Ministry. He is also the Chairperson of the SBM Bank (Mauritius) Ltd.

Mr. Acharuz MSc in Financial Economics.
Mr. Acharuz engages with different international organisations such as the IMF and AFRITAC South, the World Bank, UNDP and the Collaborative Africa Budget Reform Initiative.

Mr Dawoonauth has worked for more than thirty years at different levels at Statistics Mauritius. He has worked as international consultant for the IMF and World Bank. He holds a Graduate Diploma in Statistics, an MSc in Applied Mathematics and Modelling as well as an MSc in Applied Economics with specialization in Economic Policy and Development.

Mr. Poonoosamy has a solid academic and professional background with more than 20 years of experience in the fields of investment promotion and has implemented targeted promotional campaigns to access emerging markets with a view to spurring FDI inflows in many sectors.

With over 15 years of professional experience on the international scene, Mr. Udhin has acquired in-depth knowledge in corporate operations, governance, compliance, strategic, regulatory and legal matters in a multitude of jurisdictions.
